Happy V Day

Our family dinner was a lovely success
despite a candle-wax spill (entirely my fault)
and blurry pics (which I honestly don’t care because ambience is better)
and too much food (a first world problem).

We were happy
but missing Regan
and our eatables were delectable
on my great-grandmother’s wedding china.

our appetizers
Aarick’s soft pretzel hearts
my retro cherry fluff salad
Ryan’s dessert

And
to the couples from my church
with whom we celebrated last night…

I feel so blessed to be in community with you.
And also you make great cheesecakes.

This guy I married is pretty great and
I would like to stay with him
for a while longer.

He lets me do sheep stickers if the natural look is just not cutting it
photographically.

Wherever the rest of you are,
I hope you were loved today.

Happy Valentine’s Day
to all.

Oh Shari you two are so stinkin cute!! All that food looks good. We had a very nice V-Day ourselves. We had heart shaped pizza from Pizza Hut and brownies.
I’m working on a post for your Otherspeak series but delete seems to be the theme because I can’t make my words flow and I end up deleting.

My favorite picture is the last one.

Your definitely “in the swim” with using the cool photo apps.
